Governors are looking to appoint a dynamic, inspirational and creative teacher with subject specialism in Maths to join our forward thinking and highly successful Maths Department. The successful candidate will be able to teach the Maths curriculum including appropriate qualifications. The school is part of the Aspire Federation and has a strong reputation. Oakfield is looking to build on this, by taking this area to exciting new levels. You will promote outstanding teaching and learning across the school and college, in order to secure outstanding outcomes and should have evidence of outstanding classroom practice of this.

Oakfield High School / College provides for up to 275 mixed secondary aged learners from 11 – 19 years with complex learning difficulties. The learners have a range of difficulties including severe and moderate learning difficulties with associated behavioural problems. Some learners may also have medical conditions and / or physical disabilities that adversely affect their ability to learn.
