Class Teacher with TLR - Permanent position job summary
We wish to appoint an outstanding teacher to demonstrate excellence, support the effectiveness of colleagues in the classroom and to train others in successful pedagogy in our school, our Trust and beyond.
This is an ideal opportunity for promotion for someone who has demonstrated excellence in their first post.
You will be passionate about children's learning, knowledgeable in pedagogy and a keen research reader.
You will be able to fire the imagination of young learners and help others to do so.
You will have high levels of empathy and understanding with pupils, parents and colleagues.
Your knowledge will be underpinned by strong academic qualifications.
Experience and/or training in Key Stage One and Early Years would be an advantage but this need not be a bar to recruitment for the best candidate.
