What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Class Teacher with TLR responsibility to join our team. This role offers a combination of classroom teaching and additional leadership responsibilities, allowing you to have a real impact on the school’s development.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality teaching to meet the diverse needs of pupils.

Undertake additional leadership or coordination responsibilities linked to the TLR allowance.

Support colleagues and contribute to the development of teaching and learning across the school.

Promote a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for all pupils.

Contribute to school initiatives and activities to support overall school improvement.


Key Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience or interest in teaching pupils with special educational needs (SEN).

Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with staff, pupils, parents, and external agencies.

Commitment to creating an inclusive, supportive, and nurturing learning environment.

Flexibility, resilience, and a dedication to achieving positive outcomes for pupils with complex learning needs.
