You will work closely with colleagues, support staff and families to ensure every child is able to thrive throughout their learning journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons that cater to the diverse needs of all children in the class
- Create a stimulating and supportive learning environment that fosters children's curiosity and enthusiasm for learning
- Use assessment effectively to track progress and provide high‑quality feedback
- Establish and maintain a positive classroom culture rooted in respect, inclusion and excellent behaviour for learning

- Makes learning engaging, challenging and meaningful
- Enjoys collaboration and contributes positively to a strong team culture
- Is reflective, values‑driven and committed to making a difference for every child
This role would particularly suit a classroom teacher who enjoys being part of positive change, values teamwork, and wants to have a genuine impact within a supportive school community.
We Can Offer You:
- A strong commitment to our people, underpinned by Flying High’s people principles: adaptability, wellness, recognising achievement, employee voice, professional growth, inclusivity and collaboration
- Access to extensive, high‑quality career‑long professional learning, including opportunities to develop as a leader
- The opportunity to shape practice, contribute to whole‑school priorities and get involved in partnership‑wide initiatives
- Clear opportunities for career progression across the partnership
- Access to an Employee Assistance Programme, including counselling, financial and legal support
- A warm, welcoming working environment where staff are supported, valued and work together for the benefit of children
