Class Teachers EYFS/KS1/KS2
Pioneer Learning Trust has a small number of vacancies in schools across the Trust. We are working collaboratively to recruit exceptional teachers to work with our enthusiastic and engaged pupils. The Trust is growing from 5 to 7 schools in the coming months and with a growing number of schools we can offer exciting opportunities to work in a range of age ranges and to meet future ambitions of our growing team with professional development and career progression.
We are extremely well set up to support Early Career Teachers as Pioneer delivers the Early Career Framework (ECT Programme) on behalf of Chiltern Learning Trust, for all Luton Primary Schools, with sessions all hosted in Pioneer schools. This means we have all the networking, knowledge and expertise to support teachers into the teaching profession.
We can be flexible to meet the specialisms of candidates with vacancies currently ranging from EYFS through KS1 and KS2. With schools in both Luton and Bedford, we can also consider geographical preferences.
