What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking to appoint enthusiastic, skilled teachers with excellent subject knowledge and a successful track record to join St Peter's Primary School from January 2026. The successful candidates will be accountable for the progress of learners within a designated class, whilst delivering enthusiastic and creative teaching that inspires our pupils.
We are looking for colleagues who have:
- A DfE recognised and relevant teaching qualification.
- Good knowledge and understanding of relevant stages of the National Curriculum.
- Abilityto communicate effectively with children, young people, colleagues and parents/carers.
- Abilityto create a purposeful learning environment and set clear expectations for behaviour.
- Recent experience of teaching in KS1 or KS2.

We have two full time posts available, one post is permanent and one post is fixed term until 31st August 2026.
