What skills and experience we're looking for
We are in an exciting position and looking to appoint full time, permanent dynamic, inspirational, energetic and creative Teachers.
The successful candidates will have evidence of outstanding classroom practice and be able to prepare and deliver engaging and challenging lessons. The successful candidates will be able to develop positive relationships, inspire and motivate our learners to achieve.
We welcome applications from teachers with experience, Early Career Framework teachers, subject specialisms and teachers new to special education.
We ask that the candidate has experience of working with learners with complex needs, either in mainstream or special school settings.
The candidates must be prepared to be based in any phase of school including post 16.

Oakfield High School / College provides for up to 275 mixed secondary aged learners from 11 – 19 years with complex learning difficulties. The learners have a range of difficulties including severe and moderate learning difficulties with associated behavioural problems. Some learners may also have medical conditions and / or physical disabilities that adversely affect their ability to learn.
