To be considered for the role you should have:

• A minimum of three years of experience of working in a school environment.

• A good knowledge of the Early Years curriculum and how children learn is essential.

• A true passion for providing the best possible learning environment for all learners.

• The ability to build positive relationships with all children, their families and colleagues.

• Level 3 qualification or aspiration to achieve a level 3 in the future.

• A commitment to further professional development.

The successful applicant will be subject to a stringent safeguarding children process which includes enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks.

The candidate will be required to undergo a full enhanced DBS check and must be eligible to work in the UK.
