All Saints Inter-Church Academy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join our committed team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a nurturing and rapidly improving school where every child is encouraged to reach their full potential.

Role and Responsibilities:
  • Support teachers in delivering high-quality lessons that engage and inspire pupils.

  • Work with individuals and small groups of children to enhance their learning.

  • Assist in the development of classroom resources and learning materials.

  • Provide pastoral care and emotional support to students, fostering a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere.

  • Help with classroom management, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment.

  • Support children with additional learning needs, adapting activities to suit different abilities.

  • Supervise children during break times and school activities.

The Ideal Candidate Will:
  • Hold a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent experience).

  • Have experience working with children in an educational setting.

  • Be patient, enthusiastic, and committed to supporting student development.

  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Work effectively as part of a team while also using initiative.

  • Uphold the school’s Christian values and ethos, fostering a caring and respectful environment.
