- Salary: Support Staff Pay Scale C: £17,466 to £17,756 pro-rata per annum (£22,737 - £23,114 per annum full time/full year equivalent)

• Ability to relate well to children and
adults
• Experience of teaching intervention
groups
• Knowledge of relevant policies/codes
of practice and awareness of
legislation
• General understanding of National
Curriculum and other basic learning
programmes
• Basic understanding of child
development and learning
• Work constructively as part of a team,
understanding classroom roles and
responsibilities and your own position
within these
