If you are motivated about developing the curriculum, raising standards and providing stimulating learning experiences, we want to hear from you!
We are seeking to appoint a teacher on a permanent contract who is passionate about delivering high quality education and having children’s wellbeing at the heart of everything that they do. You will teach within our thriving Torbay school community, a wonderful and inclusive group of schools who work closely together to meet the needs of our children.
Our Christian Ethos helps to create a warm, calm atmosphere across the schools, which pride ourselves on our high expectations of behaviour and pupil achievement. All leaders ensure that staff wellbeing is at the forefront of everything we do! The schools are part of the St Christopher’s Trust - a family of 21 Church and Community Schools spanning three local authorities and providing a rich network of collaboration.
The Trust will build a package of exceptional continuous professional development, with clear support networks within each school and across the hub, to ensure that the appointed candidate loves coming to work each day!
In joining us, you will be part of a friendly and welcoming staff team and a supportive community. You will develop your teaching and leadership skills in a Trust that has a strong focus on CPD. As Church of England schools, you will be happy to support the Christian ethos through our Trust and school values.
When completing an application please ensure you address all aspects of the person specification, listing any additional subject strengths and providing details of how you have gone above and beyond for the children within your care.
