Classroom Teacher job summary
King’s Group Academies is seeking an exceptional classroom teacher to join our Trust at an exciting time of growth and development. As part of a dedicated team across our schools, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality teaching and learning, supporting pupils to achieve their full potential, and contributing to a positive and inclusive school culture.
Working closely with school leaders and colleagues, you will plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners. You will create a classroom environment where pupils feel safe, supported and challenged, and where high expectations and strong relationships underpin success. You will also contribute to the wider life of the school, supporting enrichment opportunities and collaborating with colleagues to continuously improve practice.
You will be committed to promoting pupil wellbeing, inclusion, and a love of learning, while upholding the Trust’s values of Honesty, Faith and Courage in your daily work. Through effective assessment and feedback, you will monitor progress and adapt your teaching to ensure all pupils can succeed.

About you
You are a passionate and reflective classroom teacher with strong subject knowledge and a commitment to high-quality teaching. You have experience of planning and delivering lessons that engage and challenge pupils of all abilities, and you are confident in using assessment to inform your practice.
You understand the importance of creating an inclusive classroom where every pupil feels valued and supported. You are a strong team player who builds positive relationships with pupils, colleagues and families, and you are willing to contribute to the wider school community.
You are resilient, adaptable and committed to your own professional development. Above all, you are motivated by a belief in the power of education to transform lives and are dedicated to improving outcomes and opportunities for all pupils.
