The successful candidate will need to:

  • Have a good understanding of how children learn and how to help them overcome the barriers they face
  • Be motivated and driven to ensure that all pupils, including those with SEND or who may be disadvantaged, make progress
  • Be a team player with a good sense of humour
  • Be dedicated to achieving the school’s vision
  • Be willing to teach swimming
