What skills and experience we're looking for
We have an opportunity for an excellent, experienced teacher to join North Worcester Primary Academy for two and a half days a week to cover PPA (afternoons – Monday 12:00 – 4:00pm, Tuesday & Friday 12:00 - 3:00pm, Wednesday 12:00 - 4:15pm and Thursday 1:00 – 3:00pm). The successful candidate would be a specialist in a curriculum area such as PE, Music or Art and would have the skills and knowledge to teach and lead this/these areas across school.
We are looking for someone with:
- proven experience of teaching across the primary age range.
- creative and stimulating teaching strategies, making learning visible and exciting, with the ability to motivate, inspire and stimulate curiosity, interest and enjoyment of learning in pupils.
- a commitment to ensuring that every pupil achieves the best that they possibly can,
- high expectations in all areas of school life.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of making impactful change to develop the teaching and learning.
