Are you an NQT looking for your first post or an experienced teacher looking for a new, exciting challenge? Do you want to work in a rapidly improving school as it continues on its journey to Good? The Governors are looking to appoint an inspirational teacher to our school from January 2022.
Job Purpose:
- Demonstrate an enthusiasm for teaching and learning by creating and delivering engaging lessons to pupils at all levels.
- Work proactively and effectively in collaboration and partnership with learners, parents/carers, governors, other staff and Elevate MAT in the best interests of pupils
- Take responsibility for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children and young people within the school
- Make a noticeable impact on standards of pupil attainment and achievement by bringing fresh ideas, motivational skills and a keen focus on improvement.
- Consistently demonstrate the positive attitudes, values and behaviour which promote good progress and outcomes by pupils.
There is an expectation the successful candidate will lead a foundation subject across school, as a result candidates are asked to state their curricular strengths on their application.
