Our children are curious learners, who engage readily with their learning, consistently demonstrate our values and want to do their very best. Excellent practices and systems in our school mean excellent learning behaviours and that all children, including those with additional needs, are happy, successful and confident.
Our curriculum is world class. Through our global themes and character skills, we provide our children with opportunities to make sense of the world they live in, think critically about world issues and to develop an awareness of the impact our actions can have on others.
Teaching and learning is at the heart of our work. Partnership working parties and networking hubs allow innovation and strengthened provision.
Our staff are incredibly committed to their own professional development and regularly undertake research projects to enhance their practice, as well as have access to quality and bespoke CPD opportunities within and outside of the school and Partnership. Leadership development and coaching is central to our vision, as is an equity of offer that allows all staff to reach their full potential.
