Astrum MAT is seeking to appoint a hardworking School Cleaner for our Hatchside and Newbridge schools. We are looking for someone who is conscientious and has high standards, who will enjoy being part of a team that provide cleaning services within specified areas of our school (areas will vary from time to time).


You will need to be flexible during the school holidays and change working times to accommodate specific deep cleaning duties and to fit around the use of the buildings and where required to assist with staff shortfalls or emergency situations.


Newbridge School is a three-time outstanding, mixed, forward thinking, highly specialised day school for children and young people who have severe and profound learning difficulties with a range of special educational needs including: Physical disabilities/ Sensory impairments/Autistic spectrum disorders/ associated behaviour/Complex medical needs.

Hatchside School’s ethos is based on the principles of Early Year practice, the aspiration is for Hatchside School to become a role model to schools and settings for children with SEND and become known as a beacon of good practice.
