What skills and experience we're looking for

Bigland Green is seeking to recruit a suitable person as a cleaner to join its premises team. Some experience in a similar setting is desirable but not essential as training and induction will be provided. Having pride in the work and taking initiative is essential. The person must have a good understanding of hygiene and cleanliness. Being able to converse in English is also important. The successful person will work one or two shifts each day - Monday to Friday (before and after school hours with some flexibility ~ they can work 10 to 20 hours per week).
