Cleaner job summary
We are seeking a Cleaner to join our team, under the direction of the Site Manager to ensure our hygiene standards are maintained. The main purpose of the role is to work within a team to carry out cleaning duties in and around the academy as directed. To deliver a clean and safe environment for pupils, staff and visitors.

Hillside is a co-educational primary academy for children between the ages of 3 and 11 years. It serves the Maidenhall and Stoke areas of South-West Ipswich and has a richly diverse school community.
Hillside is well-established in the community and provides a broad education and aims to encourage each child to develop to their full potential, not only academically and socially, but in the arts and in sporting activities too. There are high expectations for the children and they are encouraged to explore, discover and question through exciting learning opportunities and the curriculum on offer. The staff team endeavour to provide a calm environment where good behaviour and mutual respect are modelled by everyone and everyone is valued.
