Cleaner in Charge and Caretaker (Part Time) job summary

Onny Primary school are seeking a dedicated and committed individual to fulfil two roles within the school, a Caretaker (3.75 hrs per week) and a Cleaner in Charge (11.25 hours per week). We wish to appoint a motivated, well organised cleaning supervisor, to join our small and friendly team, to ensure a clean and hygienic school environment which meets strict cleaning standards. The cleaning post is a permanent post and the caretaking post will be fixed term in the first instance (31.08.26). The Caretaking role is new to the school and we anticipate the successful candidate would be able to complete small DIY tasks around the school as and when required. The hours for this role can be managed flexibly and according to need and convenience for both parties.

Working hours would be ideally between hours of 2.30-5:15pm Monday to Friday (plus 3 weeks during holidays) but there may be flexibility in times i.e. early morning start for the right candidate after a trial period.
