What skills and experience we're looking for

We’re looking for reliable, hardworking Cleaners to help keep our school safe, clean and welcoming for students, staff and visitors. You’ll play a key role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the site, working either early mornings or during the school day as part of our friendly Site Team.

We’re looking for someone who brings:

  • Experience in a cleaning role, ideally within a school or similar environment.
  • Good understanding of Health & Safety and safe use of cleaning materials, including COSHH.
  • Strong communication, organisation and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently, follow cleaning specifications and take pride in delivering high‑quality work.
  • A flexible, positive attitude and a conscientious approach to maintaining a safe environment.
  • Willingness to undertake relevant training
