Clerical Assistant job summary

We are looking for a part-time Clerical Assistant to join our office team to support the excellent teaching and learning opportunities for all the children in our growing school.

Total hours per week 15 12.45pm - 15.45pm Monday to Friday termtime only

In addition to fulfilling the Person Specification, the successful candidate will:

Have experience of working in a school / academy / multi academy trust setting (desirable but not essential).
Be a motivated individual with the ability to work on own initiative.
Ability to identify work priorities and manage own workload to meet deadlines.
Have high attention to detail and accuracy.
Have excellent organisational and communication skills.
A sound knowledge of a range of computer applications together with excellent IT Skills.
A high level of diplomacy and trustworthiness is required as the appointed post holder will be privy to confidential information.
