Clerical Assistant job summary

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and well organised clerical assistant to support our school office. We are looking for an individual with excellent communication and organisational skills to work Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:30 am to 12:30pm, term time only.

Woodlands Secondary School is a Outstanding special needs school for students aged between 11 - 18 years old. The school caters for students with severe learning difficulties or profound and multiple learning difficulties. We are looking for a Clerical Assistant to provide support to our busy and friendly school office. This is a fulfilling and rewarding role where you will be making a differenced as a valued member of the team.

. Main responsibilities are:

  • Answering incoming calls
  • Greeting and directing visitors
  • Providing administrative support using Microsoft Office, Google Office and school based systems
  • Other general adminsitrative duties such as filing, photocopying and laminating
