Clerk to Governors job summary

You will be efficient and effective to manage an ever changing workload, whilst providing confidential, personal and administrative support to the Governing Body.

We are looking for;

The successful candidate to oversee the organisation of meetings, record accurate minutes and advise on changes in legislation and policy.

The ability to communicate effectively and efficiently, whilst maintaining confidentiality is essential.

A flexible approach to working hours, including attendance at Governors meetings held outside of the school day (approximately 15 meetings per academic year)

The ability to work on your own, to use judgement and initiative, whilst also being part of a wider team.

An individual with strong organisational skills and evidence of excellent administrative and IT experience
