Cluster Site Manager job summary
We are seeking a proactive, skilled, and highly organised Cluster Site Manager to lead the estates and facilities function across a group of our schools. This is a pivotal role responsible for ensuring that all sites are safe, compliant, and maintained to the highest standard, creating an environment where pupils, staff, and visitors can thrive.
The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership experience, with the ability to manage and motivate premises staff while overseeing day-to-day operations, planned preventative maintenance, and site compliance. You will be confident in liaising with contractors and stakeholders, managing budgets, and driving continuous improvement across multiple sites. A hands-on approach is essential, alongside a solid understanding of health and safety regulations, ideally supported by relevant qualifications such as IOSH or NEBOSH.
We are looking for someone who is solution-focused, resilient, and committed to delivering excellence. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise workloads effectively in a busy environment are key to success in this role. Experience within a school or multi-site environment would be advantageous.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking Trust that values its staff and offers an attractive benefits package, including Medicash, Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS), 30 days annual leave, a tech scheme, and a company vehicle.
We reserve the right to close this vacancy early should we receive a high volume of suitable applications.
