We are committed to improvement in living and learning for the greater glory of God and the common good. We value our staff and want to develop them to the full in a supportive environment.

- A role model in our community, setting an example of committed Christian living in word and deed
- Able to direct a team of people who can share in these responsibilities, to coordinate all aspects of the school’s commitment to its Catholic, Jesuit ethos
- Committed to working with students and having a real impact on their school experience on a daily basis
- Enthusiastic, with a talent for motivating and inspiring young people to be the best versions of themselves
- Patient and flexible, with an understanding of the range of needs that students will have and the variety of approaches that might be used to get the best out of students
