We are seeking an enthusiastic and forward-thinking College Librarian to lead our library and information services and play a central role in promoting reading and literacy across the College.
This is an exciting opportunity to combine strategic leadership with day-to-day management of a welcoming, well-resourced learning environment. You will lead our whole-school reading strategy, curate our print and digital collections, coordinate reading interventions and organise inspiring literary events and author visits.
We are looking for a collaborative professional with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, passionate about fostering a culture of reading for pleasure and academic success. Experience in an educational library or information service is desirable, but most important is your enthusiasm for engaging students and staff in reading and research.
