At City & Coastal College, part of The Canterbury Academy Trust, we seek to appoint College Tutors for our expanding specialist provision in Herne Bay, to be part of a fantastic team who go that extra mile to help students re-engage in learning and to promote lifelong skills for their future.
We are seeking someone who can engage with our young people, who may have a wide range of barriers preventing them from achieving their full potential and have the ability to inspire these young people to achieve. Staff are supported by the friendly and passionate provision that will offer excellent CPD and training opportunities to develop in your role.
This post is for 37 hours per week, Term time only plus five additional days.
Salary Range Academy WWF Band D £27,904 - £29,020 actual pro-rota amount of £24,214.68 - £25,183.12 per annum
The post is also entitled to an Additional Responsibility Allowance (ARA) of £2,191 FTE, actual pro-rota amount of £1,902.32 per annum
