- Collaborate: Work as a key member of our LSA team to monitor progress and support the wider welfare of students with Special Educational Needs.
About You
- Essential: Minimum BSL Level 2 qualification.
- Desirable: BSL Level 3 or experience in a similar educational support role.
- Academic: GCSEs, including English and Mathematics are essential; A-Level or equivalent higher qualifications are desirable.
- Personal: Patient, proactive, and calm under pressure, with a genuine desire to work within our joint-faith Christian ethos.
What We Offer
- A supportive, collaborative environment where your specialist skills are highly valued.
- Continuous professional development and the opportunity to work alongside experts in SEND.
