- Collaborate with fellow governors and school leadership to drive educational excellence.
- Ensure all pupils are able to access the curriculum and all aspects of school life.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of our schools, ensuring they meet the highest standards.
- Act as a bridge between the community, the school, and the Trust, fostering strong relationships.

- Broadfield Academy is a two-form entry primary school, situated in Hemel Hempstead. We are part of Aspire Academies Trust and have approximately 400 pupils, including a 30 place Nursery. Our school grounds are generous, spacious and inspiring, allowing our children to enjoy a range of outdoor learning activities, including Forest Schools. Broadfield Academy offers a positive and nurturing learning environment for children, staff and parents
