New Rickstones Academy is graded 'Good' (November 2023) and has a state of the art building offering fantastic facilities for both students and staff. Over the last 10 years the academy has seen a huge increase in student numbers, with the number of students on roll more than doubling. The academy is a popular choice in the local area, is oversubscribed, and has added another new building to meet this demand. New Rickstones Academy is a great place to work with a friendly and supportive team. Staff numbers have also increased and the academy is proud to boast high retention rates. Development is a priority with an extensive and successful CPD (Continuing Professional Development) programme to further develop our excellent staff.
We have a busy lettings calendar and are expanding our lettings team due to our new 3G pitch which has just opened. We are looking for a confident, proactive and community-minded individual to take on the role of Community Lettings Coordinator supporting the use of our facilities, including our popular 3G pitch by local clubs, organisations and groups.
Positions are on a casual, as required basis. Shifts will be 4.30 pm - 10.15 pm and weekends between the hours of 8.00 am and 6.15 pm.
In this role you will supervise the use of school facilities by external hires ensuring they are using the facilities correctly and safely. As a key holder, you will be responsible for opening and closing the facilities and responding to any building emergencies. You will meet and greet hirers, providing excellent customer service.
