The role of Community Outreach Enrichment and Wellbeing Lead is to support the Senior Leadership Team in implementing the school's community cohesion strategy whilst embedding the school's values. The postholder will be responsible for staff wellbeing initiatives across the school, including planning and organising wellbeing events for staff..
