Hours: 32 hours per week, 52.143 weeks per year

The vacancy
The White Horse Federation is a Multi- Academy Trust of 31 schools, and we are looking for an Compliance Administrator to provide an efficient, comprehensive and confidential administrative support.
The successful candidate will be providing the Director of GDPR and Compliance Operations with Admin support by processing Subject Access Requests, Freedom of Information Requests and Complaints.
Your role will be to support with the following:
- Redact sensitive information from various documents, including safeguarding documents, to ensure confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
- Scan and photocopy documents as needed, maintaining organized digital and physical records
- Assist in producing and sending letters, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Manage the calendar, scheduling meetings and ensuring proper time management
- Carefully record actions and decisions made during meetings or telephone calls to maintain accurate records for compliance purposes.

We are looking for a candidate who: -
Who has qualification and/or experience in Administration / GDPR/ Data Protection
Who has knowledge of the The UK GDPR and DP Act 2018
Experience of providing administrative support
Excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, accurate proof-reading skills
Ability to managing complex files and sensitive information
Strong organisational skills, able to multi-task and manage competing priorities
Has knowledge of using Microsoft applications including spreadsheets and word processing packages.
Applicants must have 5 GCSE’s (minimum grade C/4) including Maths and English or equivalent.
