Senior HR Officer
Acer Trust
Acer Trust, a multi-academy trust in Oxfordshire, is seeking a new member of our HR team to support three of our schools; Botley School, Matthew Arnold School in Cumnor and Wood Green School in Witney. This role is a maternity cover and is expected to commence on 3 March 2025 and is expected to continue until 29 November 2025. This varied role will include working collaboratively across our Trust of nine schools and supervising two HR Assistants.
This role would suit an experienced schools HR professional looking for challenging and rewarding role, which is critical to ensuring that our schools flourish. In this role, you will work closely with school leaders to help us to retain and attract fantastic staff to deliver a great education for our students. You will have the opportunity to assist with developing our people practices as a Trust, so that we can stand out as an employer of choice in Oxfordshire.

The post is currently 37 hours per week and is paid at £33-£36k pro rata. We can be flexible on working hours with patterns such as term time only, and reduced hours open to negotiation for the right candidate.
