● Promote the achievement of high standards through effective teaching and learningwithin subject area(s), preparation, evaluation and action planning.

● Model the vision and values of the Trust.

● Be part of the team driving the development of the Academy to becomeexemplary in all aspects.

● Receive and act on feedback to build on the strengths and improve personalperformance within the Academy systems.

● Contribute, where appropriate, to implementing policies and practice and topromote collective responsibility for their implementation.

● Take into account and constantly review contextual factors and prior attainmentwhen planning and teaching lessons.

● Work in a cross-curricular way to support subjects across the Academy in theuse of active learning approaches to enrich curriculum and skills delivery. ∙Recognising, promoting and celebrating diversity.
