Consequences Co-ordinator job summary

Pupils’ time at school is not just about gaining their necessary qualifications to go on their desired career paths, school is also about character building and allowing pupils to grow and flourish into well-adjusted young adults. Your role as Consequences Co-ordinator will ensure that proper behaviour and a pleasant atmosphere is maintained to allow pupils to focus on their learning and achieving their full potential. Negative pupil behaviour can be disruptive to both other classmates but also to staff members, your work is vital in providing a learning environment where pupils and staff thrive.

You will have overall responsibility for coordinating the operation of our consequences room and working with the pastoral team in maintaining high expectations of students’ achievement and progress.

You will provide the teaching staff, pastoral team, SLT and governors with comprehensive, accurate and up to date reports on student behavioural data to allow for progress to be monitored.
