St Patrick’s RC Primary school are currently seeking a Cook. This is an exciting opportunity to join the Trust at the beginning of a journey of transition, development, and growth within the multi-academy trust

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Cook to join our catering team, helping to deliver high-quality meals in a safe, clean and welcoming environment.

The key responsibilities of the role are:

  • Ensuring compliance with food hygiene, health & safety, COSHH and HACCP regulations.
  • Assisting in organising on-site or transported meal service.
  • Carrying out general kitchen and dining room duties, including cleaning and equipment setup.
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and house-keeping.
  • Completing simple clerical tasks (e.g. temperature logs, cleaning records).
  • Promoting positive customer relations and contributing to portion control and cost-efficiency.
