Cover & Admissions Lead job summary

We are looking for a Cover and Admissions Lead at Fairfax school to:
- To effectively manage the day-to-day cover in the academy.
- To manage the academy’s admissions procedures.
- To provide administrative support to the Operations Manager and Data Manager
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing both planned and daily cover in accordance with the academy’s policy and safeguarding requirements.
- Utilising the Supply Bank platform effectively to meet the academy’s day-to-day cover requirements
- Managing the academy’s admissions procedures for students in Years 7-11
- Being the point of contact between parents and the Academy concerning all aspects of the admissions process.
