About You:
Caister Academy is seeking an enthusiastic Cover Manager who is highly organised, calm under pressure, and committed to delivering consistent, high-quality education. You’ll be confident leading a team, proactive in managing daily cover needs, and passionate about ensuring every student thrives - regardless of who’s in the classroom. With a “can do” attitude and strong communication skills, you’ll play a key role in maintaining excellence across the academy.
Our Ideal candidate will have:
- Qualifications: GCSEs grade A–C (or equivalent), including Maths and English.
- Behaviour Management: Proven knowledge and skill in implementing an effective range of behaviour management strategies.
- Resilience: Ability to remain constructive and composed under pressure - essential for this role.
- Relationship Building: Strong ability to establish positive working relationships with both staff and students.
