What skills and experience we're looking for

Key Duties will include:

  • Managing and organising cover for absent staff
  • Organising and providing induction and support for supply staff
  • Ensuring that safeguarding requirements and other relevant regulations are in place
  • Co-ordination of cover supervisors, including their induction, training and appraisal
  • Liaise with supply teacher agencies when appropriate
  • Approve supply teachers timesheets where appropriate
