What skills and experience we're looking for

St Peter’s is an oversubscribed school, known as a high performing school and nationally recognised for our approaches to character education. Due to the promotion of the current post holder, we are seeking to appoint a solution focused, collaborative team player who will be a dedicated Cover Manager. The role requires an enthusiastic and organised person to manage the cover arrangements within the school.

The postholder will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the cover function and will report to the Assistant Headteacher: Assessment and Progress.

We have recently transitioned from our previous MIS system and experience of using our new system, Bromcom, would be an advantage, although not an essential requirement as training will be given.
