What skills and experience we're looking for
Knowledge & Experience
- Experience in a support role within education
- Experience supporting low ability students
- Experience delivering Literacy/Numeracy development programmes
- The ability to utilise IT software
- Ability to relate to teachers and other professionals
- Trained First Aider
- Willingness to train as a First Aider and take on the role
Skills & Key Criteria
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Committed to the principles of equality and diversity
- Full driving licence
