What skills and experience we're looking for
What We’re Looking for:
- A confident individual who can relate well to students aged 11-18.
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
- Previous classroom experience is not essential, however some experience of working with young people in a supportive capacity is preferred.
