What skills and experience we're looking for
Qualifications:
Essential:- English & Maths at GCSE or Equivalent
- Post 16 Education
Desirable:
- A higher level professional qualification
- Degree Qualified
Experience, understanding and knowledge
Essential:
- Previous experience working in a school supporting students in small groups and in the classrooms
- General understanding of national curriculum and other basic learning programmes/techniques
