What skills and experience we're looking for
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Cover team as a Cover Supervisor.The role may be the perfect job for aspiring teachers who are seeking additional classroom experience before applying for a PGCE with opportunities to progress on to Teacher Training in the future through the Trusts own Teaching School.
The working hours are up to 32 hours and 40 minutes from 8:25am to 3:40pm Monday and 8:25am to 3:30pm Tuesday to Friday during the school term. You will also be paid for an additional 32 hours 40 minutes per year, which enables you to attend team meetings, training and development that sits outside your normal working hours. Your actual salary is £20,353.78 per annum, and this is paid in 12 equal instalments over the year so even when it is the summer holidays, you continue to receive the same payment that month. Your salary is on a progressive pay scale and it is anticipated that with annual pay progression, your salary will increase to £22,028.37 after your first year and to £23,929.94 after your second year.

What we are looking for?
- A* to C English and Maths or equivalent
- ICT skills including Microsoft packages and to complete routine admin tasks
