Cover Supervisor job summary

We are looking for a Cover Supervisor to provide a cover service for absent teachers, supervising classes/groups of students and ensuring that they carry out work tasks set by the designated teacher. Applicants should have a good level of education (including GCSE English and Maths), effective team working skills and ability to work well with teenagers. Experience of working in a school environment would be preferable. Support and training will be provided.

This is a permanent post; contracted working hours are 35 hrs/wk, term time only plus 3 Inset Days. Working hours - 7.45am to 3.15pm, Monday to Friday.
