Cover Supervisor job summary

We are seeking to appoint a Cover Supervisor to provide essential continuity of learning during teacher absence. This is a diverse and varied role across all curriculum areas with strong connections built throughout all departments.

A firm but non-confrontational approach towards discipline is essential, as are excellent communication skills. Experience of working with young people is desirable, although full training will be provided. Applicants need to have a good general education and be educated to GCSE level C or equivalent in Maths and English. Graduates looking for future teaching careers will be considered.
