About the role

We are looking for a confident Cover Supervisor who will support with staff absence and supervise classes ensuring our pupils progress in each lesson. 

 

You will have strong ability to manage pupil behaviour and be expected to up hold high standard to support students in their learning. If required to support with a long-term absence, there may be the need for to work with the Director of Faculty in planning for the lessons you will be delivering.

 

You will be instrumental in our mission to provide an exceptional education that inspires all children to flourish into confident, successful, and well-rounded individuals.

 

Our ideal candidate will:

  • Have previous experience of supervising/ teaching pupils in whole class and small group situations
  • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Have good understanding of pupil's development and learning processes
  • Have good organisation skills and a flexible attitude towards work·
  • Have positive commitment to student achievement and staff development
