The Romsey School is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join our supportive and committed team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in maintaining continuity of learning during teacher absences.

What does the role involve?

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

  • Supervise a variety of classes in the absence of the regular teacher.
  • Ensure students remain on task and engaged with their learning.
  • Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment.

While you won’t be expected to teach, strong classroom management skills are essential.

This role is ideal for someone who:

  • Is considering a future career in teaching.
  • Enjoys working as part of a team and is eager to learn (full training provided).
  • Wants to make a meaningful contribution to a vibrant school community.
