What skills and experience we're looking for

Cover Supervisors play an important role in the effective working of the school, including supervising whole classes during the absence of a teacher and supporting students with their learning.

The successful candidate will have a real interest in young people and enjoy being part of our school community. It would be desirable to have relevant experience of working with young people, but not essential as support and training will be provided.

What the school offers its staff

An in-depth induction programme will be in place in the first few weeks and on-going training in school on topics such as classroom management strategies will be provided. The opportunity to join other teaching and learning sessions will also be offered.

Further details about the role

If you would like to arrange a tour of the school or discuss the role in more detail, please contact the Recruitment Team on recruitment@broookfield.hants.sch.uk. Further details can be obtained from the school’s website www.brookfield.hants.sch.uk.
